Rules

  • Up to 2 GB per file, with no restriction on type;
  • No total cloud quota and files do not expire;
  • Sending as a file keeps the original quality.

Speed tips

  1. Choose Send as file so photos and videos are not compressed;
  2. Desktop uploads are usually more stable than mobile;
  3. Do not block large files in auto-download settings, or you will have to tap each one.

Managing downloads

On desktop use the download manager to pause, resume and filter by chat; on mobile check Data and Storage to see and clear usage.
