Creating links
- Group or channel → Manage → Invite Links;
- Set an expiry date and a member cap per link;
- Create separate links per channel to see where people came from.
Approval
- Turn on Join Requests and admins must approve newcomers;
- Review and process requests in bulk from the list;
- Ideal for internal groups and curated communities.
Maintenance
Revoke leaked or expired links regularly; public groups can use automation to keep quality high.
