How to enable

Settings → Appearance (or chat settings) offers light, dark or follow system. Desktop can switch on a schedule or at sunset.

Fine tuning

  • Dark mode offers Night and Dark base tones;
  • Theme brightness and accent colour can be adjusted;
  • On OLED screens dark backgrounds save noticeable power.

Advice

  1. Use dark mode at night with lower screen brightness;
  2. Prefer light mode outdoors in daylight;
  3. Wallpapers can be set per chat without affecting the global theme.
